Trash receptacle?

I'd like to have a little trash bag in the Fit somewhere, and don't see a convenient place to hang one. Are there any aftermarkets products that serve this purpose and don't look too cheesy?

Probably too cheesy for some folks, but I just hang a plastic grocery bag around the shifter.

This really seems like one of the few Fit design flaws - another being the weird pocket under the driver's side dash that seems to serve no purpose. Maybe some clever soul could design a plastic trash receptacle that could hang down from there....

I have this one: Honda Litter Chute. I put the strap over the driver's armrest, and I put the velcro (that comes with it) on the back of the console. When I stick it to the velcro, it sits on the hump in the back very nicely. Since I never have more than two people in the back seats, that works perfectly for me.

I have this CaseLogic litter chute strapped to my center console/armrest, facing the back of the car.

Works perfectly, cost me 7$ at Canadian Tire.

i eat candy while driving in the winter time so for the wrappers im using a razo(?) ashtray cup. i just dremeled the little ledge off and walla. nice aluminum can with lid.

but if you want to have a serious trashcan, you might want to invest in this collapsible one. i have this in my GE... from griot's garage.

You mean the cover for the under-dash fuse box?

I mean the little shelf just under and to the left of the steering wheel.

Maybe he means like the opening/space under the dash blanks on the drivers side...(i.e. where the vsa switch would be or interior lights).

I finally found a use for the little shelf above the glove box. We are having a car show at the end of the month and the kids are going to vote for their favorite car. I just order several small less than 3 CM's size Hamster characters that are suppose to be Japanese. I plan to sit them in a row on the little shelf and I am hoping that the kids will get a kick out of them. I have Domo Kun doll sitting in that little square box to the left of the steering wheel. LOL!

Cat :x

Got mine at Dollar Store. Has velcro strap I have it hanging from pass headrest on the seat back. Easy to reach by the driver.
