Costco put the wheel locks on for me at no charge, and the adapter fit their air gun without issues...

I also used it myself later with my torque wrench, zero issues.

Most professional shops that does tire work should be able to handle the locks as long as they have the key and at no extra charge. The techs were even able to find my key in the messy trunk.
