So, whoever gets number two wins, I guess.

I thought that would be an easy one as there is no other part that even comes remotley close to it.

The picture is not in focus which doesn't help. Hint: look at the contour of the area below the metal piece.

Yay............ you win!

with help from the others, of course. Unless you can honestly say you could have guessed the other ones on your own.

Anyway............ +rep for you.

EDIT: I did rep you, but I guess it won't show up until I get 50 posts. Something like that. Once that happens and you don't get rep points, I will add them later.

I didn't read all of the posts, but I'm going to take a few guesses.
#1 is a Honda Fit Airbox.
#2 is the hole that Luke has to fire the torpedos in to blow up the Death Star.
#3 is a VTEC Sundial.
#4 is a white styrofoam block attached to a large grey styrofoam block.
#5 is the trench on the Death Star that Luke had to fly in while being shot at by Vader.

How'd I do? BTW I just watched Star Wars!

There are arrows on my fan air filters. I figured it has to be the base of the arrow where the air is to enter, which puts the reinforced side where the air exits. Making the entry point have more filter coverage than would be present on the other side with the metal/cardboard reinforcement.

Someday I hope to have a lobotomy so I won't have to try to figure out air filters. It would be nice not to see everything from a multiple standpoint.

the arrow on the filter should line up with the arrow on the tray/drawer.

really, it starts at big end and flows towards small end.

I'm gonna take the camera out and get some really tough ones. I keep forgetting to take shots from far away and zoom in so pics are in better focus. <---------- bad grammar, LOL.

I think #1 looks more like the plug that goes into the radio (wiring harness).

I was surfing online yesterday on aftermarket HUs.

Gah... still trying to buy a Fit... sigh.

that's what i thought. it looks like where they put the lock control unit on the old eg's. behind the door panel, and that plate recesses back into the door.

You were pretty much right, its the piece built into the vapor barrier on the front right door, and it recedes back into the frame of the door.
Only pic I have,

That piece goes where the sheet metal is on my car, i got rid of it and sealed it up.
