Throttle controller like mine connects down at the gas pedal.
Is this what you are talking about?

If you have the two harnesses then they should connect down by the pedals.

Here is the brake pedal. The gas pedal is similar.

I understand you now. Sorry I do not know. I think it would be one of the wires in this - Maybe a Honda Tech at dealer could tell you?
