springs or tails?

hey peeps. i'm FINALLY starting to mod my fit. i've been waiting and waiting and waiting for what seems like a god damn eternity. finally the time has come. my first 2 mods i wanna do are lowering it, and i want some JDM non led tails for my car. i'm looking at T1R S coil springs to lower it. and the tails i'm looking to get from AJ racing.

so, my delema is i can only afford to do one mod at this time. i've wanted the NON-led tails since i've had the car, but that was before i wanted to lower it. now i want to lower the car because i dislike the wheel gap very much.
i had a lowered civic before this, so i know all the pros, and cons to lowering a car. i know what i'm getting myself into somewhat.(putting springs on a civic look a hell of a easier than in a fit)

so, my question goes out to all you fit owners out there.....if you were in my situation, what would you buy first?

thanks for reading. oh, here are a couple pics of my car to get an idea of what i'm working with.

Amen to that. The car looks decent already. Make it handle better first. You'll get more enjoyment out of that every time you drive over the tails, if you got to pick one over the other to do first.

i'd say the install is easier then on a civic. minus all the plastic you gotta remove from the engine bay.

Please don't get the tails from AJR...either get them from ebay or contact Danny.Pal on here and see if he can get you a set. I bought mine from him for way less than AJ is selling theirs and had them shipped from overseas.
