18 Month update

Hey everyone! Well - I've had my fit for 18 months now, and I'm just about to head out of warranty. Figured I'd shoot a few pics of my daily as celebration! This car has been great. 3 Oil changes, a few tire rotations, and that's it. I have a Miata that I auto-x, so the Fit is just my daily cruiser, nothing too crazy.

Here's a list of what I've done:
GD Skunk 2 Springs
18"x7.5" +42 Nippon Ultra-Lights w 215/35/18 Conti's
Custom HID Retro with FX35 projectors
90 DGRZ group-by carbon duckbill
Yellow Lamin-x on the fogs, red on the tails

That's it! I'm no photographer, but I hope everyone enjoys the pics!

Great Pix!

Do you find that with the spoiler tilted up a little that you get less gunk & junk on the back window??

I was thinking about putting a little turbulator strip on the back edge of the spoiler to test this....

Thanks - I do think less collects on the rear window with the new duckbill... but I'm not going to run it in the winter to find out

As far as the tails, I just noticed that the pics make them not look as blended as they do in real life... weird.

If your other car is a Miata (as is ours) what do you run in the winter? I know that Miata won't go in the snow, but our Fit works fine out here 250 miles southwest of you in the country.

Cheers.

Oh - I meant that I'd just swap spoilers... no need to ruin that nice cf one. The Fit is definitely the winter car! Though, I did run the Miata for 6 years in winters through college.
