Question swift or pro-line springs????

i cant seem to decide which to go with but i can get a pretty good deal on both for only a couple bucks difference. one thing that worries me about the eibachs is that im a dj and have to haul my gear around sometimes and its a good 100+ lbs.

people can weight that and more, heck just carrying a sub and a few things that you would normally have on a modded car could add more then a 100+

for example.. forced induction with combination of a sound system setup. and thats not accounting for the people you will carry sometimes.

If you look on the side of the door(or on the frame maybe. I cant remember) for GE8 the factory specs recommend not exceeding 800lbs of people/cargo in the car. Im sure that is a conservative number, but I still dont think you have to worry about exceeding 800lbs with your equipment, even if you have a couple people too. Even on lowering springs, it shouldnt be a big deal.

I have my car lowered on DF210's and carried 300lbs of pavers for 50 miles and it was fine (actually road really well). Yes the rear sat a little lower but no more than it would if it had the softer stock springs. You will be fine.

Go with the Swift Mach springs.. They aren't crazy low because they are uniquely designed to improve the ride and handling of your car instead of being a cosmetic gimmick that limits the amount of suspension travel, bottoms out from coil bind and ruins your shocks and struts. The drop they have is just enough to improve the ride by lowering the center of gravity and improve handling.... I generally never just say to go with any product but I have had Eibach springs in the past on another car and they were horrible, the Swift Machs have made my car better.

The Swifts are awesome. Went on vacation a few weeks ago and had 3 passengers and a weeks worth of luggage (fit was loaded down!) and didn't rub or have any problems whatsoever. Still rode great too...
