Deciding on a color for the Fit, most likely picking up one tomorrow
I'm deciding on a color for the Fit. I have narrowed it down to 4 colors, but having a bit of trouble deciding on one.
I'm looking at blue, silver, black, and white. The dealership currently only has a silver in stock, but they can trade it with another dealership for another color.

Well, I went for ORM, but I would have picked the blue had orange not been available. My logic is this: I want a noticeable color. I'd rather not end up smeared under a semi, or rear ended by an idiot in an SUV. Anything I can do to make my car differentiable from the road is a good thing in my opinion. The various colors along the white-black continuum just don't stand out against asphalt or blacktop.

I picked Silver mainly for one reason... dirt.
Dirt/dust shows up on White and Black. But not as much on Silver.
Of course, none of this matters if you wash your car very often... I washed the Nissan Pathfinder once in two years.

all colors are good. but get what you can get whatever model and trans you want. if you are too picky with color you might not get the car for a while. If you are willing to wait thats fine too. blue and white are nice. I have SSM. Black is really hard to take care of.

Color Choice
The Fit in Taffy White looks sharp, clean and classic..... If my last car had not been white, I would have picked it.
Black gets too hot and is also hard to keep clean.
Silver is also very classy.
I had convinced myself to get the Blue Sensation Pearl, then I noticed so many other models of cars in almost the same shade of blue, it lost its uniqueness for me.
No matter what you end up with, you'll find something you will love about the color. Fit is go, Fit is fun!

Depends entirely on what YOU want.
Personally, I went with black, because I think when clean and well cared for, nothing looks sharper. BUT all the criticism about it being hard to keep clean is well founded.
My advice to anyone and everyone is go with what YOU want. Even though I picked black, I'd be honest enough to say that if you are not crazy about Black? Just go with another color.
They all have their advantages and disadvantages.

Thanks for voting in my poll and it seems that TW and SSM are in the lead. I think I will probably go with SSM because I already have a white (CW) car that I drive. I was actually really stuck between silver and black for a while, but I like the other 2 colors also.

Congrats, Manual or Auto? You should really consider getting the 3M clearbra installed on basically everything on the front end before it starts getting beat up, wish I had. Mine had 9 miles on it, you suck lol.

Auto. I get X-pel at cost, so I might. I'll at least put some under the yakima pads and on the fog lights.
