Number plate lights

Has anybody replaced the number plate light bulbs ?. Does the inner back panel of the tailgate have to be removed to get at them ? Help please

Be careful when removing the bulb covers because the clips WILL break. It might be best to use 2 flat head screwdrivers to push in on both clips first.

No. Push the license plate light to the side to release the retaining spring, and pull out the license plate light.

Be gentle but firm
