Mugen question

What exactly will I be receiving if I were to buy the FIT MUGEN MUFFLER FINISHER SET?

OEM HONDA FIT MUGEN MUFFLER FINISHER SET | eBay

Is it the entire black portion w/ the chrome exhaust or just the exhaust tips?

i believe it is the rear mugen bumper from the description.
