i've been sitting here in shock for 7 mins............wtf are you talking about man? are you f*ckin w/ us? you're gonna run your dads RWD non turbo intercooled L15 with a 20 year old accord radiator and a tranny from a 98 civic at some drift school?
Can you drive stick?
If you're gonna drift, you're gonna need to drive stick unless if you plan on doing some ken block shit (which would be pretty whicked)!
I'm all up for disabled people drifting. One of my friend is deaf and he's a decent drifter.

dad said for awhile he sell it to me when i have the reason to drive "college or work" i mean i really love hondas whole family owns hondas or acuras plus my uncle has an honda/acura repair shop so we stay in the family brand Lol we go back from the early 80's so the reason dad bought the fit because of me i dreamt of buying it when he said pick an honda from catalog so i did...... i dont care how much money i spend at least i dont spend it on crack or weed LOL plus im an disability kid stroke at birth (paralyzed left side of my body) i have motor skills to drive just not vision like cant use both eyes at same time .... so yea
let the kid dream... when i was a freshman in high school and started learning about the CRX i planned on center mounting the steering wheel, giving it gullwing doors, give it a widebody r33 body kit, and convert it to MR with AWD when i finally got around to buying it... i even made sketches of the final product during my drawing class

if your family has the skill/background to make it possible, go for it man. RWD fit with all kinds of weird stuff on top? i'm down, to see it.
however, i must wager that most of your proposed plans will fall through, sorry. it seems like it was just thrown together.

Not ambitious enough. Go for a mid-engine conversion and then you've got my attention 
Then DOOORREEEEFTOOOOOO to your heart's content...and do it all for less than $2k, wrecked Fit donor included. THAT would be impressive.
