How fast will a stock fit sport go?
80 was as fast as i pushed mine, but i'd guess your right, about 110. Curious to know if anyone has pushed theirs to the limits myself.
my friend had a toyota of similar HP and it definitely maxed out at 110 with the rpm's maxed. sounded like it was gonna fall apart lol

-downhill with a tail wind?
-uphill with a head wind?
-light driver?
-heavy drive?
-cool, warm or hot weather?
115 and then the car runs out of power is what it feels like to me. I know what a governor feels like, had that in my infiniti g35. You'd be flying and then it was like hitting a brick wall once you reach 140. In the fit after 100 it's a crawl to get to 110 and then when you get to 115 8 or 9 seconds later it's just giving all its got.
I'm not sure what y'all mean by getting to 100 takes for ever. From 60 I can get to 100 fairly quickly for a car only having 117 horsepower.

I get up to 185km/h pretty decently in mine. This is what the speed was showing on the HKS CAC and it still felt like it could go a little more. I figure tops this thing will do is just under 200km/h (124mph) with stock gearing and aero drag coming into play.
I'm stuck with a five gear box.
Modern cars are usually electronically limited to a speed that is closed tp what the stock tires are rated for. I have always assumed the Fit would be limited to 115mph or so.
Our stock tires are actually H rated, so they can handle ~130mph.

Actually I don't, that wasn't offered till the current refresh. With the gear ratios it has, I wouldn't want it really. I'm not into FE and the 6th gear is completely useless as far as any sort of performance. Maybe some company will make a nice performance oriented full gear set then I might look into.

Depending on the rim and tire size though the reading is off by a small percentage. Not at all like my jeep where the reading is off by roughly 10 mph because I went from 20" tires to 35" tires.
