Question Tow Hooks???

I searched the forums for this but couldn't find anything...I'm looking to put a tow hook on the back of my GE! If anyone could tell me or send me a link on where the tow hook is located on the car and where I could get one, that would be great!

I have one on my GD, so you might want to inquire with the seller about the fitment on a GE...

yah, just check ebay. there's so many cheepo versions of benen hooks out there now for decoration.

remember though, if a redneck sees that he will winch your car from the parking spot just for the hell of it.

I just put a front tow hook on my GD3 and I can't tell you how many times we had to answer the question,"What the heck is that?" Got mine on E-bay too.

also remember (especially for front) tow hooks are screwed onto one of the main structural beams connected to the frame. if you have impact (crash) that tow hook will push against that beam to cause more damage than if you didn't have that hook on there.

I powdercoated a stock hook. I think it looks pretty slick.
