fit w/ 17s

fit w/ 17s

who has 17s? i want to get a set of rims but idk how they will look. and im super low compaired to factory. these are 15s and its getting tight. the others are 17x7 idk offset though but 215s on em'

Compared to factory height on 15" rims he's pretty low.

OP: you'll need a lower profile tire if you get 17" rims. And the offset should be a +45 I believe. Search around the forum a bit. I know Java^fit has some 17" on his and they're fine. He's also lowered as well.

I'm on 17x7s with 205/40s. +45 is safe, any more than that would rub in front for me, I'm at about your height.

What's going on with your front bumper?

i am on tein street basis and currently its sitting with 1 finger gap up front. Shoes are 17 by 7 40 offset with 205/40. I rub the fender liner on bigger dibs and I'm already maxed out on camber at -2.

ok thanks i feel my front springs might be too soft i rub on BIG bumps on the freeway but thats it, and i normally avoid those if possible so thank you for the help!

You can try out my 17s...17x7.5 +40 no tires though...

Java^fit has the same exact wheels as i do but with a blue stripe instead of red. that's a good reference for how it'll look if you're still down for the trade

rears still rub even after the pull you showed me? it might be because of the 215/50/17 tires

17s are fine!
i have 17s on my fit and here is how they sit lol
of course im lowered on coilovers though
no rubbing issues really
tires are 205,40,17
wheels 17x7

its rubbing but i pulled the fender myself and im not done yet. thanks again for the rims! it was fun!


215x45x17 with a +42 offset i think?
