I ordered from them when I got my fit. I ordered the window visors, custom fit sunshade, and touch up paint. I too noticed a slight difference in price compared to College Hills. Its all the same products, didn't have any customer service issues.

The only place where it could be cheaper but would be more work would maybe be ebay? But I'd say in this case you're better off with HandA.

Price-wise, I've found the commonly mentioned names around here to all be pretty close. I've ordered stuff from handa, college hills and bernardi and had good experiences with all of them. Absent significant price discrepancies or availability of odd-ball items (shin-etsu grease, service manual, LED lights), I prefer to order from college hills because of their diyhonda videos which came in handy a few times.

So yeah, I've had good experiences with HandA.

I've purchased from them a few times. They have some great sales somtimes. They have the splashguards right now for $24. I got a great deal on bumper appliques from them too.

BLAH on Majestic

I had a horrible experience with Majestic. Customer service is horrible and if you buy multiple items they will email/call and want to charge you more!

I've ordered from them a few times. No problems here. I just try to buy a lot at one time because shipping will kill it if you don't. All of the above sites I've ordered from too and also have great experiences with them.

Yeah their website doesn't calculate shipping right on multiple items. I had that happen once but I had a feeling they weren't going to ship 4 rims and a set of visors for $24 .

I've used H and A a number of times, no issues. Sometimes their sale price beats Bernardi/College Hills.

Another thing you should check is your local dealer...my local dealer has "internet only prices" that claim you have to have them shipped to get them, but when I called to ask about some parts, they said that they would allow in-store pickup for a $6 "handling fee." Even though their prices are slightly higher than Bernardi/College Hills, the OTD price picking up from the dealer makes it a hair cheaper....plus no waiting, I can order parts in the morning and pick up on the way home from work. Can't hurt to call them and ask.

In theory, you can ask the dealer to pricematch. It's not unreasonable, especially if you email them what you want and have some evidence of what the other dealer is selling for.

My dealer has these online-only prices on their website that are just a little more expensive than Bernardi. Yet if you call them and ask a price they'll tell you MSRP. I don't get why they would do that, but when I asked if they would match an online price that is when they told me I could order from their website and ask for in-store pickup to get the online-only price. YMMV.

Yes, I've ordered from HandA 2 or 3 times. They are good and super fast. The shipping cost can be the differentiator between the online parts websites. UPS Ground varies depending on the distance.

I ordered some items today. Do they send a shipping confirmation or a receipt of the order? I haven't received anything, but didn't know how they do business.

Has anyone ordered a cargo cover from them? My dealer is not willing to move at all on the price, so I was thinking of ordering it from HandA.com and having the dealer install it.

Thanks!

If you own a screw driver, you can install the cargo cover. Seriously, there's no reason to even waste the gas to drive to the dealer to install it. Basically, you'll feel for holes in the metal supports in the back of the seat, then screw the screws into those holes. its that easy.

I've ordered from Hand A for an Element and now my '09 Sport. They are courteous, quick and helpful.

based on some posts I read in this forum, I didn't even bother installing the cloth portion of my cargo cover. It seems so klugey to have that cloth. If you recline the rear seats, there's less than a 1 inch gap, and there's not enough light to see into the gap.
