I like the black housed headlights and the bluetooth feature.

^ Same here... black headlight housings, slightly more aggressive front bumper... could there be a K20 in the Fit's near future? Type-S or something?

The additional insulation is something sorely needed, not exactly what people might see, but good.

I'm diggin the wheels... Though I hear the Fiesta is getting a 3 cyl ecoboost engine for 2012 or 2013 that will get 45-46 MPG. That's almost Prius territory with a 3 cyl turbo.

Anyways, I like the look and interior much better in the Fit, but mileage like that would have surely altered my decision.

Surprised we don't get the JDM 6 speed manual.

I don't like the wheels as they are not symmetrical around
the lug nut area.

I like the addition of steering wheel mounted audio controls
as standard equipment for the Sport.

More insulation is definitely a good thing.

So basically what they did was minor as far as body mods and stuff that should have been in the sport model all along? Rims are nice, the sound deadening I am still needing to do is something they should have addressed in 08 when there was an issue with it then not now with the Fit having been out for 5 years in the US already.

Those wheels, I want! They're almost exactly the design I'd have liked to have get on my GD, just need to have the silver/gray painted section either gunmetal or satin black and the outside of the spokes polished.

I also dig the black headlight housings, fog light revision and the Bluetooth integration.

"upgraded seat fabric" ....does that mean it will be more sturdy and last longer... or does it mean stuff won't stick to it like velcro? or both?

Really? You're surprised that Honda gives us crap in comparison to what they get? I'm not.

Looks like you need just the front bumper, and grille for a '12 conversion. Headlight is optional.

I might be switching out my '09 Navi for the '12.

I don't really think its much news - doubt if that many Fits are sold with navi.

I'm not. The US is too vast of an area to really support a 6MT paired with the Fit's L15. The 6MT would require regular shifting to 5th on the highway with the slightest gust of wind or uphill. Would be fine on the plains in Central USA but would not work well elsewhere.

No one has commented on the interior changes, the dash is now all black with chrome accents around the outer gauges and HVAC vents, also the HVAC knobs are black instead of silver.

And yes they appear to have ditched the Velcro seat material, the centers are the same but the surrounding fabric is different.

I think the fog light assemblies are different as well.
