So the price of a GE8 is up there and this is a beginner ride for our Rachel (16). So I found a EF for 850.00 117k miles all stock except for the CD player. Needs a head gasket SOOO I'll see it tommorow @ 10 am. It's all there 2 sets of rims & tires it sat in a garage for 3yrs. w/o running, thats prob. one reason the head gasket went south. New Cheap Project! YA

4sp.
1.5L engine

What kind of fuel delivery ? inject or carb? does this year have dist. and coil?
I've already been look'n @ lowering it what's the suspension ? Like our Fit?

Sounds like you need a minivan Big Mike. Hey I still have that polyester suit and bell bottom pants in my closet...

There's a few posted here. One I remember is MarkyMark from Georgia:

Here's another one but he's in SoCal (San Diego):

If you find one in CA I'll drive it up for 'ya!
Good luck! You're a good man Big Mike!

We Have a New Honda in the Family!! "Perrenoud HB" She's alil rougf around the edges but has A/C, leather interior!! whoot, whoot,
1.5 L engine, F.I. (haha), 13" rotas w/ Michelin tires, and a set of factory rims w/ center caps. We just ordered up 211.33 of parts from Rock Auto So she should be running fine in no time. It's a cool low design w/ wide front fenders.
I have already been think'n what kolor she'll wear. She's OEM white, I'm think'n white w/ a heavy orange pearl clear, w/ clear over that.
And do everything for under $3.5K

Nice choice there Mike. Bring it to me I can show you the way. FYI the EF hatch is the lightest honda in the game, and arguably the best hatch out. I would like to take it another route with you then the one you have pictured, but its her car. So let me know if I can help in any way.

There is a couple options on what they do now to EFs. I know i have beat this to death, but body kits are out. Not coming down on you at all. You know i appreciate all work done to cars, but she will be better off going the route her generation does hondas. Either way with your help she will go far....

^ Agreed no kits here this is an unmodded EF bone stock 117K on the clock w/ a blown head gasket and a few other issues but all in all a great backbone to start with. This is Rach's 1st ride so stock is good & cheaper. Cept when it comes to the paint work........remember CARS and Ramon ??? Ya baby that's what i'm talk'n bout! chhhaching!

Hey B if she ain't dragg'n she can go lowwwer!

And when it's time for the mild/wild drop we need your exp. and help pick'n out the parts, thanks bro!
