Does anyone on this forum know if the newer redesigned grills on the 2012 models will work on the '09-11 Fits? Did a search but it looks like this topic has not been brought up yet.

I think the redesigned stock grills look a lot nicer than what the previous generations had. Looking to replace mine, but don't want the sport or Mugen grill as I think they are both overpriced. Don't really want a chrome overlay either.

Doesn't look like they have any '12 grills on ebay, but I think eventually they'll start popping up.

If anyone can confirm this, that would be greatly appreciated.

It won't work. 2012 grill is wider than previous model. You will need to swap the bumper too.

Wow, that's a little pricey for a used grill with wear and tear marks. Looks like the stock grill just spray painted...

I may consider the sport grill, but not sure how it looks on Milano Red with JDM emblem. Anyone on this forum have that same set up?

Sorry for posting a used one. I was just giving you an example of others on the market. There is one just like the used one which is new and about $190. I paid about $160 for mine about a year ago. There are also billet type grilles now for our Fits, if that is a type that interests you.

 

ahhh honda is doing away with the 2 bumper pieces on top of the bumper now... the civic's bumper and grill looks just like this.
