I spent a week in Seattle, years ago... it never stopped raining.... dark... dank. The trees were lush, but that precipitation was so depressing. I now know why it has the highest suicide rate in the country. I can't imagine the days with lots of snow on the ground.

Well, that was interesting.

My first real winter drive with my Continental DWS tires... hum, maybe they are to wide. I was sliding around quite a bit, enough that I decided to avoid the highway altogether. I had better luck last winter with the Dunlops!

Well, to be fair, I haven't quite adjusted to winter driving mode and the fact my DWS have pretty much worn itself out of the snow traction thread level (the S in DWS is almost gone).
