Sorry OP, but thank you TEO, I needed a laugh right about now.

If you like the outcome of the powdercoating, that's cool, personally I would of left them alone, well actually I never would of chose them. Too much excess weight doing unnecessary damage to the wheel bearings. I understand though, the majority are into some sort of perceived awesome hellaphuckinridiculous look.

I've been very mean most of the day... must be this Leap Day thing. but honestly tho, I would have just kept the wheel as it is... let's just hope you have a crappy camera and it look much better than what I'm seeing right now... but still, it looks like your powder coater did a very bad job

Research helps too. As far as weight goes, these wheels are lighter then stock. And I'm all about taking risk and standing out. Black in black is so common that I would just look like the person next to me with wheels

Just like my truck. I don't plan on getting lost on the parking lot. White on black and replacement 16x 7 doesn't do it for me.

XXR Wheels: 962 17x9 Gold Rims

Please explain to me how 27.5 lbs is lighter than the OEM wheels that are 18ish pounds iirc.

I think and am hoping it's the pixelation of the camera.

I think you need to research more, I think you forgot the weight of the tires. Yes the wheels are lighter than stock wheels WITH tires by about 8lbs. You will be adding about 14lbs (56lbs +/- all around) of excess weight to stand out. That's AWESOME!!!

To each his/her own.

Some people like having loud, bright wheels that scream for attention. Others (like myself) prefer normal, conservative, boring colors like silver, black, bronze, white, etc. for a modest street car.

If I was pushing like 400WHP in a caged track monster, then and only then would I feel that my car is worthy of neon wheels.

Thanks for not sounding like prick and letting oneself express there taste. This us my girls car and I don't believe that anyone would tell her to her face that her wheels are POS. That's low....

Thanks again

My Fit is going to have either lime green or purple wheesl soon. However, they will be track only wheels and are more for advertising my coating business than anything else.

Well, if something is a POS, I would hope that FRIENDS would tell me the truth.
