2009 SSM Fit Sport (some mods) 10k
2009 SSM Fit Sport (some mods) 10k
Thinking of testing the waters...might want a cr-v, might want an older civy-si, or might want to jump ship altogether and get a Kia Soul....
Here is the body of my craiglist ad in NJ....I'm leaving all mods in cuz it would be a PITA to remove.
I have a 2009 Honda fit Silver Storm Metallic with 82k. It is a great car but I need more room for family and work (I am in sales). This car was never raced, just driven
Im including all the extra'sI picked up for this car at no charge. Worth about 1k easily
extras:
window visors ($70)
mud flaps in back ($40)
swift springs and wider tires on stock rims for superb handling upgrade (205-55-16) ($700)
rear tints (legal) ($150)
Weathertech Digitalfit floor liners up front, weather tech all seasons in back (100+40)
Broadway rear view mirror (extends field of vision by 35%) ($20)
bumper bully in the trunk ($90)
HID's 6k top and bottoms (looks good and minimal glare, wont be an issue) ($180)
K&N Drop in filter ($40)
magnet bra ($80)
mesh mods to protect the condenser and fog-lights ($10 but a great way to avoid costly repair down the road)
Maintenance:
I am stickler for this for I always replaced the oil with 0w-20 synthetic, filter checked and cabin filter replaced every season
plugs and oil packs replaced at 62k, valves adjusted at 60k and then at 80k
battery replaced this month
brakes and brake fluid replaced at 50k and this week
tires replaced at 75k and have plenty of life. I rotate them myself every 10k
AT fluid changed at 50k then 78k and am planning on doing it again prior to resale. I am very protective of the transmission and have read numerous threads and articles indicating frequent change (no flushing) preserves ability.
No accidents!
For 10k you will get a great car and rest assured it drives as good as cars with half the mileage. I have an ultraguage hooked up if you would like to see it during a test drive...
I would trade it in but dealerships have found ways to get me below the market price....
