50K on 2010 Base MT update

I commute about 100 miles a day. I have not had any real problems with my 2010 base model MT FIT. I am about ready for 3rd set of tires. I upgraded from the base tires to KUOMO tires a bit wider and more like sport model. On only free way I get about 36 miles a gallon. I get 34 combined. Mileage seemed to improve a bit when I got 40K miles. Paid about 16K for it and it is probably worth about 10K now. Not too bad for two years and 50 K miles. I would like to find a driver side bode seal. The seat belt getting caught in the door while closing has torn the seal.

later

Glad it's serving you well, I just crossed over 50k on my '09 with no real problems to speak of.

I'm also right with you guys, but with an '11. I will be spinning over 40k this week and have owned the car for 375 days! I'm still on the OE Dunflops and have performed the recommended maintenance but haven't had any problems.

140 miles round trip M-F plus frequent weekends trips to see family in Indy and Michigan add up! I can't wait to see what she can do long term!

Also have a '10 Base MT, 35k, two years six months, no problems yet. Replaced my tires at 5k because I hated them, been on the same Falkens for about 30k, about time to replace (lasted advertised mileage).

I thought 70 mi/day was a long commute!
