That'll be awesome, but beware, those things look like money pits when it comes to mods. I almost got one, but realized it would be an endless journey of small expensive purchases.

All the fun part of owning a ruckus. I see it as spending less than wat I wud spend on modding my fit. And way less than wat I spent on my boosted civic. Plus 100+ mpg is always a plus!

I've put over 5k into my car in less than a month. I think the ruckus will be cheaper.

A ruckus or any scooter for that matter saves u money on maintenance on ur fit. It pretty much pays for itself especially in a state u don't need insurance, registration, tag or a motorcycle indorsment!

Hahah, this is hilarious. People are realizing they fit, and purchases are made. Maybe Honda planned ahead and made sure it was at least possible.

Have fun and be safe. Just because it's a scooter, does not make it less dangerous than a motorcycle.

Oh, I'm being cautious learning the ins and outs.

Yup, just bought it today... damn that handle bar!!! The sales guy that dealt with me helped me load it. Whew, quite a bit of effort... only worse when it came time to unload it......... by myself. :'(

Though I have ridden as a passenger on scooters and smaller motorcycles in Cambodia. And it's the FIRST time I've ever driven a motorized two wheeler!!!

Would love to have one myself, but Zoomers here are not at all cheap, about $700 more than in the US and scooters are stolen rampantly. Japan's crime is almost non-existent except for when it comes to 2 wheel theft. Plus they don't offer the white/red here. Just black, an orange, a white with a brown seat (yuck) and an olive green.

I was just thinking about that earlier... the Ruckus/Zoomer doesn't actually lock its wheels. A person could just walk off with it.

Rolling it alongside, they could just pretend they either lost/forgot their key or had motor trouble if anyone even asks... and most probably wouldn't even think to ask either.

Hum... wheel locks?

All are usually locked up here, they are just picked up and tossed into a kei van if not secured to something and then the wheel locks are broken. Mostly from the boso or want to be boso or ending up out of country I guess.
