Problems with BAUSauto....

Problems with BAUSauto....

Hi,

On July 25 I ordered and paid for a LED lighting kit for my
2012 Fit Sport Auto.

Since I paid I have not received any shipping notification and
BAUSauto has not respond to phone calls, email or messages
in their forum.

Today is Aug 6.

Does anyone know if they are still in business?

I guess I will have to open a PayPal dispute if I don't
hear from them soon....

Am I the only recent purchaser that is having a problem?

I finally got an email from the rascals...

They asserted that the Post Office ate their package...

They promised to immediately send another package.

I still wonder why they have been playing hide-and-seek with me.

Jerry, keep us all updated on the outcome. I'm in the same position as you. Paid for them the same day; telephone messages remain unanswered; no products...YET.
I'm certain the product is all that we're expecting, however...
