New Clazzio Seat Covers Installed (pics)

Just got my new Clazzio seat covers installed. It was a lot of fussing around and some sore fingers afterwards but worth every penny and ounce of pain.

After some ArmourAll they look even better. They look great and feel awesome, totally happy with the purchase. Also the "how to" vids on Youtube helped a lot with the install.

Looks fantastic!

They really make the interior POP! I will likely be picking up some Clazzios soon. Just gotta save up the money.

EDIT: Ladylockness brings up a good point. How are clazzios in the summer heat? Do they retain a lot of heat and fry your backside when you get in during mid-day drives?

I don't see how they could not ... seems like this would be a mod best for a place with a fairly mild climate!

It's cooled down a little where I live (Toronto, Canada) but once the heat comes back I'll comment on how they hold up after a few hours of the car being in the sun. The black does look like it will get pretty warm but I am in Canada so no big deal. Maybe get a lighter color combo for the warmer weather.

They're very comfortable though, lots of thick padding of what feels like memory foam on the seat and backrest.

just wondering if you had them shipped to toronto, and how much in cdn funds and how long did it take for you to get them.

I'm thinking the same for my fit

I have had mine for two years now in black. I have my car tinted and do not find the the covers to be warm even in the summer. It has been hot here this summer in Kitchener eh.

They are pricey. Mine were $621. Worth every penny though. Had many comments that they look like OEM.

I had them shipped to my house from Bean Garage in the states. It took only about 5 business days i think, which is why i opted for the in-stock all black. And the cost from Bean Garage was $260 + $60 shipping, then $35 more to the guy that brought it to my door, so $355 altogether. Thats for the PVC vinyl. Really if you work out the cost per row its a good deal for a great product.

After just taking them on a small roadtrip camping, they're great to sit on for a long ride. Also they don't get much hotter then the factory seats.

How are the PVC seat covers in the summer since it seems everybody complains about their A/C?

If left in direct sunlight on a hot day, yes, I can now say these seat covers get quite warm indeed. Maybe mine are extra hot because of the all black, however i crank the AC before I get in and it's not so bad. They don't stay hot for too long even when I just jump right in.

I may get one of those reflectors for the front windshield because it does seem significantly worse when it's in direct sunlight. That being said, most of the time they're awesome, I would just recommend a lighter colour for those in a warmer climate.

They look pretty nice, but it'd be nice if they conformed to the seats with more precision.

After they warm up in the sun and are used, they straighten out nicely. Mine have been on a few months, and they fit the seats great.

When I installed mine, I pulled, stretched and tugged them like crazy.
