I was wondering if it is possible to replace the "crystal" (correct term?) in the radio. Reason being is that is is clouded somewhat. Looks like the previous owner tried to clean it with something, as the tachometer also has a bit of this clouding. During the day it is hard to see the display on the radio.
Don't really want to replace the radio yet. I have tried cleaning it with different things, but it looks like it is from the inside. Any ideas?

if it's light scratches you can try plastic polishes like below... ive not had to try it on my displays or lenses so try at your own risk. i would recommend using a soft microfiber towel instead of terry cloth towel. i don't care if they say it's 100% cotton, it can still swirl these lenses and sometimes paint. i stay away from cotton towels (of yesterday).
