Leave a dead spider on the back bumper to serve as a warning to other spiders to stay out!

i would spray some non-scented clear bug spray on your trunk floor and plastics and see if it helps. you might not be able to smell it, but the bugs can.

i cant remember the name of the spray i have in my garage, but it's the best spray for me for controlling spider population in my garage and basement.. no scent, no stains.

I have pretty much the same problem but not as sever it sounds. Almost daily I will have a fully made web in one of if not both mirrors and almost always a strand on my hatch window. I read somewhere that Bounce dryer sheets are a spider deterent. They did say Bounce specificly, no idea why that brand but hell if it works it doesn't really matter!

Spiders are everywhere. It has nothing to with your car per se, it has to do with where you're parking your car. You can't ever get rid of spiders. Just park elsewhere.

Oh yes it's spider time of year!

They use my spoiler to set the perfect trap!

I am lucky that they don't get inside. But hey if they do it might keep my wife from driving my Fit. Hahahaha.

When you try the fixes mentioned and if it worked please let us know.

FWIW I don't think you have a seal problem they probably just lurk in the door jams and when you open the door...WHAM!!! Cue Spider Man music...

i'd vacuum out the interior periodically. had a similar problem with spiders and it seemed to help. not a permanent fix, but if you do it regularly, keeps them at bay.

punctuation is key, lol...you're welcome

And are you sure they haven't nested IN your car already? I find it odd that water cant get in a closed door/hatch, but a spider can. Also, make sure your vent is Recirc instead of from the outside
