high miles on your fit?
I havent seen much discusion about high miles on the fit. I am sure some one out there is proud.
How does your car measure up now?
what repairs have you had?
How often do you repair?
Ill start. The Honda AT sport Fit I have now Just past 60,000. I have replaced the dunlap tires and am still on original brakes.
Gas milage has leveled out for 40,000 miles. 32mpg to 38. I think I have reached 40mpg. I have the records on file but havent looked. I do mostly mixed driving.
In short 60,000 miles runs the same. I look forward to hearing from people that really have the miles in excess of 100,000.
thanks I will be checking this thread over time so I hope it keeps alive.

I only have 18,000mi on my 2012 Fit so far, so can't comment on it. But, before the Fit I had a 2002 Honda Civic coupe with over 210,000mi on it that still drove and rode as good as it did when I bought it with 80,000mi. I'm just hoping I get the same service out of my Fit. Since it's a Honda I bet I will.

121,000 on my 2009 sport. No problems at all. Had brakes, plugs and tranny fluid replaced at around 116,000. Average mpg of 30-34 depending on trip and speed. Just bought a 2012 - 10,000 miles ave. about 35mpg so far.

31,880 miles on my 2011 Base 5MT. Bought it with 113mi on it april of 2011. So far no major repairs. I took it in to have the blower motor resistor pack replaced under warentee (burned out and the fan only worked on 4). Otherwise nothing to report but a few rattles from taking the interior appart for a stereo instal. The stock tires were ditched at 10k miles. About half the miles on the car are highway (I was dating someone that lived 450 miles away) so the break pads will last a long time. Average liftime fuel economy (calculated just last week) 36.2mpg. I need to update fuley :P

60k mi on my 2010 Sport M/T, bought in May of 2010. no major problems either... regular fluid changes, tranny fluid @ 38,000, og clutch/brakes, etc... was told by my mechanic at 57k mi i might need to do front pads soon, so will prob have to do those around 66-68k (my daily commute is between 60-80 mi highway roundtrip, but rush hour)

I'm absolutely SHOCKED to see I have 31,000 miles on my '12 Fit MT and I've only had it for eleven months.
The fuel economy stabilized around 15k. I get an average of 36 MPG. It drops closer to 30 if I do all-city driving, bumps up to 38-39 on all-freeway tanks.

My 2010 base is coming up on 50k miles, nothing but oil and filter changes, ditched stock tires at about 2k miles or something like that, on a new second set of tires (first changed at 40k). Still on factory brake pads. Tien springs installed at 25k or so, stock shocks still good.
No issues whatsoever and still runs and pulls as good as the day I got it (maybe better?). It's been a great car.

There's another thread on this topic somewhere out there, very possible it's this site where one guy has over 300000 w little to no issues besides expected wear items! There's others out there w over 200000 as well w minimal problems which is always comforting to hear.

2010 base M/T close to 33k got it early last year, just oil and filters changes. About do for a transmission flush, avg 32 mpg mostly city driving and with a heavy foot. best I've done is 36 city 39 highway.

I am just about to roll over to 50K miles on my 11' Sport AT. Front rotors warped by 12K miles - replaced with cross drilled/slotted with the stock pads after de-glazing and no more warping. Stock tires gone by 16K miles. Teins on the car at 9K miles and stock shocks are doing just fine. No rattles, and everything still feels good.
Car is driven pretty aggressively about 2-3 times a month (several trips up Palomar Mtn., 79 hwy to Palm Desert, Angeles Crest Hwy), and still no issues. Love this little thing.

Man that's a lot of miles, How are you liking your Fit in comparison to your Xb?

I have about 86,000 miles on my 09. All good so far, I've hardly had to do anything to it. Replaced the manual trans oil at 60,000 miles, the original front brake pads finally wore out at 80,000 miles. I'm on my second set of Dunlops and wondering whether I should try to get another winter out of them or replace them. Also wondering whether it's time to replace the original battery before it gets really cold here in Michigan.
Other than that, nothing except changing the oil and cleaning the K&N air filter I put in it.

I'm betting I'll beat that low mile contest. I have had my 2013 sport for about 3 weeks now and have yet to put any more gas in it then what it had when I drove it off the lot. Being retired and still fairly young has it's perks
