hi mates
i have jazz 2012 , with 175\65\15 tires , now i want to change it for
195\55\15 , and i need an official Honda japan or us paper that this size is aprooved for honda jazz , and has no techical problems . Where i need to write to get this letter ? didmt find any email to sent my request , maybe u know something ?

I installed 195/60-15 in order not to change the effective gearing. There is a huge choice of tires in that size, not so much in the 55 profile.
If the authorities in your country require Honda approval, lots of luck! Honda is not going to accept any liability for a size that they have not supplied as original equipment. Maybe you can get past whatever you need to do (applies to the 55 series) is to borrow an owners manual from a GD series Jazz and use that as "approval" from Honda.
Here (California, not the USA), its only emissions that are regulated that tightly.

There are a lot of good tire choices in 195/55/15 as far as performance goes that are good for GE guys with 15s that want to keep their speedo more accurate than going down to 50 series.
