LED Tail Lights and Turn Signals That Actually Work?

Reading this thread over on the Acura boards makes me think these V-LED lights are something really special. They are not cheap but they are absolutely bright, producing 600 lumens in white (compared to the stock bulb's 420 lumens). I think LED is finally surpassing incandescent in automotive lighting.

You aren't suppose to use the white LED in the red lens, you are suppose to use the same color led as the lens color. The main problem with led bulbs beam width. Most leds on the market weren't wide angle units, they tend to focus most of the light in a hot spot, the led may put out 600 lumens but possibly at a focused area. Second problem is LED dont have the right resistance so using it in a turn signal will cause hyper flashing. As far as i know, there are no electronic flashers you can use to fix this, only a load resistors which IMO defeats the purpose of the LED.
