I am planning to put 205/65-15 blizzak ws70 on my rpf1 rims
Overall diameter will be 25.5 inch, doable or rubbing issues?

 

Ill advised even if doable. You would be approximately two inches taller than stock. You don't provide the year of your car, or the width and offset of the RPF1s. Put your hand on top of your tire and see whether you have one inch clearance to the spring perch, strut, fender liner, etc. Not a recommended tire size or winter wheel choice.
