Yeah, doesn't make sense to me either. When I look at this diagram, there's an item called the garnish which is what you've been looking at but they're not the same, or are they?

The link you posted earlier with the Mugen rear lip, that's the exact one that I bought, so I need to find the garnish and exhaust tips.
I emailed Honda majestic about that part number and they told me it was for the actual bolts, not the garnish or the exhaust tips, and he also said it was discontinued. The search goes on.

The thing is, in the picture, it doesn't show what the garnish is referring to. Nonethless, you should try and contact all possible Honda dealer and see if they have those pieces in stock.

 

Dammit man. I should've just bought the whole lip full price. Smh

 

Also, Bernadi doesn't have the lowest price either (including S/H and tax if applicable). There's another Honda Dealer on eBay who sells the whole rear lower spoiler shipped for $420 (painted).

I did quite an extensive analysis on majority of Mugen parts and where to get them at the lowest cost. I found that the front lip can be have for $480 shipped and grill for possible $230 shipped.

 

Ok let me clear up some confusion here.

Part number #71513-XTK-000 should be the center rear lower garnish and it is available from Chino Warehouse.
Part number #84130-XTK-000 is a Black Out Film assuming it is the vinyl to cover the center garnish and is available out of Chino also.
Part number #71512-XTK-000ZZ as we know is the lip and is also still available.
Part number #18500-XTK-000 is the Muffler Finisher Set and is discontinued from AHM at the moment.

Its a AHM warehouse where the parts are gonna come from depending on what dealership source you buy them from.

 

Was surfing around looking for a part and ran across this and I remembered this thread:

From when I removed my chrome piece to modify it for my exhaust they look the same as what they have listed. Not sure if it'll "fit" (<--see what I did there) or what the US price is as I didn't bother to convert, but worth looking into next time someone runs across this problem.
