Buying a Honda Fit? ...
I went to view a Honda Fit today in LA and found the letters RS on the right side of the back, opposite the left side where it says Fit
This car is a 2009 Honda Fit (not a Fit Sport) ...what on earth does the RS mean? Does it make the car more or less expensive?
Thanks

If anything, you may infer that it is more likely that the prior owner was a car enthusiast. Then you might infer if he's a car enthusiast, whether this is to be taken as a good or bad thing. usually it's considered a negative. Despite the prior owner spending money to "upgrade" the car, usually modifications are considered a negative value.

The red rs badge is for the rs (road sailing)model sold in japan not in the us it's a nice little touch if that's your thing but doesn't add any value to the car kinda strange to put on a base model would maybe look thru the car to see if it was modded before and put back to stock badges give that away sometimes good luck
