Wheel Alignment - Front only or four wheel?

Even the Helm's manual - bought so impetuously and at great expense - doesn't specify. It gives the settings for all wheels but I still find no specific directions to check/adjust rear alignment for my Base 2012.
What has been your experience and current advice, please?
Thanks.

only the front toe is adjustable on this car in stock form. its a VERY basic system, but effective.

np. if you buy camber bolts for the front (SPC makes them), you can do the toe and camber. i have the spc bolts i bought from tirerack. works great, dialed in at -1.5 degrees, zero toe-in for my swifts with RE760 tires.

i believe the honda service manual advice for the rear is just the simplistic inspect for damaged suspension parts and replace, and/or straighten frame damage
