Scammed by "Speed Honda" on Facebook

If you have the user Speed Honda added as a friend on Facebook beware he will lie to you and scam you. I knew I smelled something fishy when all he said he used was moneygram. I purchased two recaro sr3 seats he claims they are real I accepted the fact they were gonna be replicas he sent me pictures of it all packed with my name on shipping label and I thought it was a sure thing and traded him money through money gram after he picked it up I got ignored and blocked by him. Very sad day just trying to give you fitfreaks a warning

Sorry to hear you got scammed

You should notify Facebook and see if they can do anything, unfortunatley if you used Moneygram you are out of luck with reversing the payment

Do you have a link to the page?

Yep, Moneygram is a red flag, sorry to hear that.

Expensive lesson learned. Only use wire transfer services for friends and family. In this day and age there's no reason for someone to not have a Paypal unless they're doing shady business of whatever sort. Even people with less than stellar financial history have options even if they don't have a legit bank account, so there's no excuses really.

Can someone explain how will Paypal help? I'm asking because AFAIK Paypal can do nothing if you got scammed. Thanks.

They've gotten my money back before when I got scammed.

Don't be a cheapo and choose "friends and family" and you're good
