Does anyone have the part number for the sun visor "holder grommet" for a 2009 Honda Fit? (The factory service manual, page 20-78 simply calls it a holder grommet.)

This is the white piece of plastic that goes into the metal roof. The gray visor holder clip screws into the grommet.

Part numbers for the visor clip are easily found, but not the grommet. Cold temperatures seemed to have cracked the grommet.

 

Update - From pictures I've seen, the grommet is included with the visor clip. The part number for both is:
