Grateful for some advice

I recently registered my 2009 Honda Jazz in Belgium.

For the 'controle technique' (annual roadworthiness inspection) I have to present the car with a fire extinguisher mounted in the front passenger footwell.

I have a fire extinguisher that came with the car, but can't find any mounting points.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

 

Are there any other people with a Jazz in your area that you could ask how they mounted their fire extinguisher?

 

I know this doesn't help...but what a load of crap to have to do that.
