The rear wiper is stupid and cant be replaced completely, at least not with Costco wipers, need to find the rubber blade insert...maybe will check @ dealer

You can get the rubber insert out once you have the complete blade removed. It just pivots away from the arm. Have to kind of lift and pull, takes a little force, but it will come out. An insert for the 14" front will fit in the rear blade. Used a Rain-X 14" insert and it went in with a little wiggling and massaging to get the rubber channels located in the guides.

 

Since the OEM wipers are supposed to be "engineered" to the profile of the glass, I wonder if the GK wipers would work better than the original. I noticed our 2013 has bracketed wiper refills, but our 2015 has bracketless. The refills are definitely cheap enough and on the bracketless the old insert pulls right and the refill slides right in. I think it's easier than changing the whole thing. I've never really compared them, but does anyone know if the 2nd Gen and 3rd Gen have much of a difference in windshield shape? The price of Honda OEM wipers is about the same price any brand wipers at full price.
