Fan switch bulb

Any ideas how to remove the fan switch on 2011 Fit to replace the bulb?
Do I need to remove the heater control panel?

Just wait a little

Mine did that but then randomly reilluminated after about 15K more miles.

It also did that to my car. After few hundred miles I just noticed that it is lit again. But this morning it is off again so I tap the fan control few times and it comes back again.
