I hope someone can enlighten me. The MICU in my JDM fit is broken, can I put any MICU? I mean, can I put USDM MiCU or EUDM MiCU instead? The part number on my broken MICU is gone, is there a way to get the correct part number for my car?

Can't you look this up on internet or ask a dealer? Just asking. Personally, I never messed with one but I see vids on YouTube that indicate that you'll have to reprogram your car to accept a new MICU.

Thank you for the reply. I looked on the net but couldn't find an answer and I can't ask a dealer since there are none in my island. I know very well that it needs to be reprogrammed for the immobilizer to work. What I am asking is if the EUDM is compatible with JDM. anyway, I will know soon since the part will arrive this week.
