OK to change to 195/60/15 when replacing OE?

To answer your questions, go to tirerack.com. They have all the info you need on their site. Then to confirm the info you're inquiring here about, ask the tirerack operator to talk to a salesman- they're very helpful.
A quick look on tirerack shows the 175x65x15 is 24" tall and has a section width of 7.2" and calls for a 5"-6" rim.
The 195x60x15 is 24.2" tall, has a 7.9" section width and calls for a 6" rim.
The optional tire size for a sport model GE calls for a 205x50x16 tire with a slightly wider rim, and it would fit your car, so I suspect that the 195x60x15 should fit your car as well.
