2010 Fit. Driver's door won't unlock.
My driver's door doesn't unlock with the remote nor the key manually, this in turn means that none of my doors unlock .I cannot get into my Honda fit .seems rediculous to have a single point of failure with one manual lock that doesn't allow any door to work when it's broken.
Any help is appreciated . |
Google suggests try spraying key with WD40 and working it back and forth and respray a few times. A lock de-icer would work too.
Do you have spare key? It may be a dead battery in the fob. |

There has got to be a way to get into the car when the drivers lock fails .what kind of idiot engineer would design a system where all doors don't work, when only one is broken .
WD-40 didn't work. |
Can you use the key to get in back hatchback , crawl in and open doors from inside?
