Dash Harness...???

Hey, so I'm working on a GE base to sport conversion. My base model did not have fog lights, I would want to make mine pretty much spot on to the Fit Sport. So would mine work if I were to do OEM fog harness, OEM fog assemblies, and the sport foglight switch(on multifunction switch)? I hope that makes sense.

Unless you do some splicing, no it won’t work. There is no separate fog harness on the Sport, it’s part of one of three main engine/cabin harnesses... (32100-TK6-A20 for 2010 Sport).

so, to truly implement this, you’d need to replace that engine harness, then everything from it to the steering wheel. Because there won’t be a wire for the fog leading up to the light switch stalk (primarily 32117-TK6-A80)... between the two harnesses... it’s $700... so, yeah.

Its easier just to use most of the parts for the accessory fog for the base and switch just the housing that goes in the bumper, if you’re swapping the base bumper to sport bumper.
