New to me Fit owner!

New Fit owner here!
I picked up a used 2010 Fit Sport 5 speed with 185,000 kms recently.
Planning to start doing some some little mods.

Already changed out most of the LEDs and did a 15%/35% window tint.

Got the snows on civic rims.

Just wondering what's the best solution for the 9003 headlights?

I want LEDs up front but am concerned about the DRL causing issues.

What brand of 9003 and H11 LEDs should I consider?

Planning to upgrade the rear sway bar in the spring.

Do these cars come with a cover for the cargo area because mine didn't come with one?

I opted for upgraded halogen like Ultra Stars

Does it have one? Progress makes some great products I highly recommend them.

My sport came with one but maybe it was an option.

Thanks for replying.
I would rather go LEDs for the headlights.
I want the brighter white lighting that halogens cannot provide...

I like the white light as well. Compare Sylvania Silverstar headlights to OEM. They are pretty white to me. Also you can pull the DRL fuse if you don’t want them to run all the time.

I bought these. I pulled the fuse for the DRL. They are very bright on low beam not so much on high beam.
Amazon Amazon

I was thinking of going this route:

https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...set/3929/8565/

a little pricier but looks like it will work on the Fit with the DRL.

I had a cargo cover with my 2010, but it was a paid for OEM accessory. I liked it, but it was expensive. Same today with the new Fits. Honda doesn't make them standard. You have to pay to get one, and they are relatively expensive.

That's kinda cheap of Honda to nickel and dime for what should be standard equipment...
I would rather spend the $ on a 15% tint that has other benefits like heat reduction and privacy on top of keeping prying eyes from viewing what I have in the trunk.

For the cargo cover make your own, plenty of us have since the OEM accessory is very expensive for what it is. Or just have a big blanket that you can throw over stuff. Both would be cheaper haha than buying the cargo cover haha.

That's exactly the decision a lot of people have made.

I personally, like the cargo cover, despite the fact that I do think it is overpriced.
With my 2016, the dealership gave you a 1 time coupon for 20% off any purchased accessories or parts. I used that when buying the Cargo Cover. Made it somewhat more palatable.

I've debated it before.
My feeling is Honda feels A: If you really want the cargo cover they can sell it to you, or the dealership can use it as leverage in making a deal.
and B: This is pure speculation, But on the showroom floor, the Fit without the cargo cover actually looks roomier, bigger. You get the full panoramic scope of the created space if you fold down the seats. If you have the cargo cover, it blocks the view, get's in the way. I suspect it's a chosen decision to not bring them to the showroom floor with the cargo cover. Salesmen would be forever removing/replacing them.

Speculation aside, yeah, you have the choice, purchase one...you can hunt the internet. Some owners have fabricated some pretty nice looking covers themselves. OR as you seem to be leaning, people get tint, and/or simply use a blanket to hide what they have in the back. They are all valid choices.
