Wife got rear-ended. Can someone recommend the best body shop in Cincinnati,OH area please? I know how critical it is to go with a good one, so things looks 'new' as possible...

No one have any advice? Is CarStar a good place in general, or not?

I would hope you've found a place by now, but just in case you haven't, I recommend Specialty Paint & Auto Body. It's in Sycamore Township near Blue Ash. My dad and uncle run it and it comes highly recommended

To late. Took it to CarStar, and it turned out NOT so good. Color matches perfectly, but the metallic properties are way off... when the sun hits straight on, you can most definitely see the difference. In the shade you can't tell at all.

They also broke a bunch of plastic panels and put them back in, left them barely hanging loose in there. Half-assed. NEVER AGAIN.

car stars are like most independent shops. some are good and some....suck (pg friendly )

I know the one that's done work on my fit and on my wife's civic (a tree ass whooping and a rear ender respectively) did excellent work. quick, clean and walked me over everything that was done and let me inspect it and everything to see if they missed anything.

but like in life, it's always a 50/50 crapshoot
