Is it possible to remove door speaker cover w/o panel removal?

Long story short, a piece of cake fell and some of it landed on the speaker cover. Tried to wipe it but some cream went into cover(lsmall holes, hard to clean out).

Can I pry the speaker cover open and push it back after cleaning it?

2012 fit, passenger door speaker cover.

Thanks

The shop manual suggests removing the door panel to test speaker. I would think you would have to do this to clean the grille as well. It is no big deal. Remove the screw in the door handle and start prying panel off from the bottom to undo clips. It then lifts straight up to undo along the top.

Or you could try a toothpick. Just don't poke it into the cone. I did this to clean up a similar mess in one of my Clazzio seat covers.
