I found it. Google SyncPlaylist or in Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com.

Heres how it works. In Windows Media Player, drag all your Rock, Hip-Hop, or any genre. Drag that genre into the Playlist as the genre or what ever you want music you'd like to put in the play list then say it. Make as many play lists as you choose. When youre done, Open syncplaylist, choose the letter drive that your usb is, then click add playlist (every playlist you made in WMP will show up here, click the playlists you want, and then start transfer. The only issue you may have is this program only recognizes MP3 files. I had a few like this. The files were AAC. i just looked for a program that converts AAC to MP3.
