Jazz Tuning Contest, Jakarta, Indonesia 5-8 November 2009
These are my favorite shots. I like most of them but these are a few of my most favorite. The only thing I don't like are some of the more extreme front body kits. What wheels are on the silver Mugen
I would assume mugen wheels but I don't like to assume. I also like the red Fit with the spoiler. I can't help but laugh at the shocker sticker. Why do so many people put that on their cars?

just moved back from New York to Indonesia ( medan - north sumatra )

Fantastic Pics! Gave me lots of ideas for if I ever won the lottery.
I lived in Jakarta in 1975 through 1976, I was in 5th and 6th grade there. Beautiful country with very friendly people. Our family spent a lot of time with 2 different Indonesian families and we traveled a lot visiting other places- Surabaya, Borobudur, Yogyakarta, Bandung... and of course Bali. My father even went to Irian Jaya and Sumatra - he was an U.S. Army advisor to the Indonesian Army. My mother is getting a visit from one of the families in May here in Texas.
I still remember learning some of the language - satu, dua, tiga, empat, lima... and tikus besar! (We were little kids and got scared by a mouse)
We rode a lot of betchaks but also had a VW Type 181 in baby blue, brand new, steering wheel on the right.
Memories...
