I just took the time to clean my car after the first week's worth of driving got dust and tree sap all over her. Started out with a California Duster, then gave it a once over with some quick detailer, some foaming glass cleaner and some microfiber cloths. Then I took a few quick pictures. She's stock but she's all mine! <3

I know how you feel about bringing it home. Just brought mine home yesterday the 17th, well still your today. Didn't think I would be as excited to have it since all my previous Honda's trump the Fit, but this little car has something about it that just makes one feel good. Yeah that sounds a bit corny, gay or whatever one would call it, but I know I am going to dig this thing and can not hardly wait to hit up Motegi and/or Suzuka on a Honda Fair day.

Not right now. I'm in the city, though; upstate I'm sure there's plenty. However the week before I brought home my Fit, there was a foot and a half dumped on us in one day so it's all relative. At least it melted before I brought home my baby! lol

I noticed you have Clazzio seat covers in your planned mods list. Are you getting these from Japan or do they make them in the US too? Will the seat covers for the Japanese model fit the US seats?

We've got Clazzio seat covers in my wife's car now, and we're going to buy a new Fit when we come back to the US, and I might just have to bring back the seat covers with me.

 

Jason they are slightly different. The NA based Fit has 3 headrests in the back seat and the JDM one only has 2. So don't purchase any before you take off. I am pretty sure that they are still made in Japan, but I am not positive on that. Best bet is to just wait till you get back. Have you decided on a color yet?

Sorry OP, for straying off the topic. Everytime I see this color it reminds me of my old EK4 SiR, though it wasn't exactly the same, similar enough.

Color? I want white, wife wants blue. I like the blue too, she hates the white, so we'll probably go with blue. I was gonna bring back some DC5R wheels with me, but then I saw that it's 4x100, so I guess that idea is out the window.

 

Yeah no go there. Lay down the law and tell her it isn't a true Honda unless it is white. :P
