well the truth is that the side moldings are their for a reason I live in SoCal so I deal with a massive amount of idiot drivers that park 2 feet from your car and swing the door open like it was parked in the middle of no where !

They have saved my poor car from costly dents to the point were I had to repaint one of them

And regarding the mugen kit well any type of front lip got pretty much tossed out the window I run this car way to hard getting hit by track tire residue and rocks is a normal routine my car deals with on the weekends so their is no point in spending money in that department I do have plans in getting custom canards and a splitter on the car but who knows I might just turn around and make my car more rigid. Js racing bars any one ???

Very nice.

One thing I am curious about.. why put all that time and money into making a brilliant a Fit and then let HKS charge you $3k for a GT25 turbo and an inflexible tuning device?

For that money, you would enjoy it much more to get yourself a Borg Warner EFR 62K80 or a Garrett GT2860RS and get it dyno tuned.

More power at the same boost, with cooler charge temps and less turbine back pressure all means safer tune and more efficient.

I have thought about a custom build but out here every one charges an arm and a leg about cheapest I was quoted was $5k with everything. But If hks would sell me just there piping set up and the turbo manifold then I would be down to build something.

Here's my update on the HKS 150mm filter on the prm intake. So far it looks like pure sex. Ps the reason I got it is because I was tired of washing my PRM I love the idea of elements.

Redrumm, TunadaMan and others are selling parts of their turbo kits. Or if you buy a turbo kit new from HKS, T1R, Greddy etc.. sell the turbo and engine management that comes with. Then use that money to buy or pay the difference on a slightly larger turbo and a user tunable management system. Then upgrade the fuel system to support more power and if you need new IC piping go to FrozenBoost.com and just buy what you need piecemeal.

I did my charge piping for less than $300 skimping on nothing. A more spartan setup would be cheaper.

So really you aren't customizing much besides the piping and the tune.

Then just bolt in the new injectors, pump, regulator and turbo and your set.

It really isn't that bad.

The eManage ultimate (greddy) looks pretty comprehensive. It's about comparable to the AEM FIC in function and price. They both offer some pretty nice tools.

The greddy unit specifically even allows for individual cylinder injector adjustment, as well as several airflow and fuel tables, the ability to adjust the timing and fuel cut offset between shifts (Auto only) and can even be used on rotary engines and multiple banks of injectors.

It should be more than able to do the job.

Read through these real quick:
http://www.greddy.com/upload/file/e-...ion-manual.pdf

http://www.greddy.com/upload/file/Ultimate_Install.pdf

GReddy

Should give you an idea of what its capable of! Since they are vehicle specific there should be a base tune to let you put around out of boost and give you a platform on which to build your boosted regions of the various tables!

And again, that is a really sharp looking GE you got there!

Hey Mario, I was just wondering with those 205/50 do you rub at all with how low you're sitting?

My car is pretty laud with the intake and exhaust that even if the star specs made a lot a noise I doubt I would hear it. from the top of my head I cant really tell you if the tires are laud lol I never paid much attention to them.
